Embryological development and anatomo-physiological evolution of the heart (Part 1)

ABSTRACT
The cardiogenesis begins at 18 day of the intra-uterine life, when being formed the excrescence cardiogenic of the precardiac mesoderm and it finishes around 45 day, when start the membranous part of the ventricular septum is in formation. Then the heart primordio is formed in the cardiogenic badge located in the cranial end of the embryo. It is then when the angiogenic cells of configuration is similar to a horseshoe, melt to form two tubes endocardic; then due to cephalic and lateral pleat they enter in the thoracic region where you/they fuse forming a single tube endocardic. Starting from this evolutionary process, they go conforming to the anatomical characteristics of the heart cavities and of the glasses that emerge of this organ. It is as well as at the end of the eighth week it is completed the anatomical development of the fetal heart and their physiologic maturation you continues after the birth.
