ABSTRACT

The case presented here is a baby with 40 weeks of gestation, and predicted that during labor, and presented asistolia sudden bradycardia and the autopsy study of aortic dissection is observed from birth of the cup upward and downward crook thoracic. Dissecting is observed between the layers adventitia and media in the microscopic study. This case was not associated with malformations, connective tissue diseases, maternal or other background. This event occurred in the uterus during labor, we could not determine the cause of their dissection and diagnosis could not be determined.
