Large-size trichilemmal cyst in haired skin affecting the posterior area of the skull. A clinical-case report

ABSTRACT

Trichilemmal cyst is a variety of retention cyst from skin appendages, benign lesion that usually occurs in the scalp. We present a literature review and reports about a clinical case presentation in the scalp from the back of the skull unique for its large size.
