ABSTRACT
The term carcinoma ex-pleomorphic adenoma relates to a malignant transformation of a benign mixed tumor. Only one cellular component may have malignancy, usually the epithelial component. The average age for this condition occurs between the age of 60, which is 20 years older than average age of benign pleomorphic adenoma. Subsequently provided to a benign pleomorphic adenoma or one that was treated previously but relapsed being responsible for up to 10% of all malignant tumors of the salivary glands. Most, 75% of these entities is presented in the parotid gland, while about 20% occur in minor salivary glands of the oral mucosa, affecting mainly the palate. Presents Clinically as a non-uniform mass parties remain fluctuating tumor necrosis binding to other tissues may have ulceration; rapidly growing regional metastasis and can give to distance.
