ABSTRACT

Identify contacted directly is difficult, it requires high index of suspicion to identify you, keep in mind that contact dermatitis is the most common, the excess water and soap removes the barrier function, urine and feces and burn in a chemical enzyme, the decrease of estrogen increases the risk of contact dermatitis, dermatoses preexisting increase in risk of sensitization, if suspected of DCA sudden onset with burning and itching, discontinue all possible irritants, being necessary patch tests for diagnosis and possible reinvestigate contactants.
