ABSTRACT
The transfusion medicine and the corresponding regulations are activities of health personnel and paramedics involved in the transfusion act in the different hospitals, private and public. The undergraduate internist, residents of diverse medical and surgical specialties, as well as the doctors of different fields participate, on a daily basis, in the transfusion therapy, so their participation and their compliance with hemovigilance is of great importance. On account of it, this document is done in order to contribute, guide and facilitate the involved personnel’s work.
