ABSTRACT

It had been established that laboral damage are: laboral injuries, professional diseases and others diseases related with laboral conditions. All of them referred as diseases or damages suffered as a consequence of a laboral relation. It implicated that the damage occurs in the place or during a laboral schedule time with a causal direct relation. There is a trend in the Spanish laboral legislation, which is controversial in laboral medicine, because it includes a Law for the Prevention of Laboral Risks that consider also to the chronic diseases as a cause no traumatic of a laboral risk to conditioned a damage during the laboral journey.
