ABSTRACT

The case of a 39 years old female with uterine leiomioma treated by total hysterectomy is report. During the anatomo-pathological, study an adenomatoid tumor was found in the left fallopian tube. The immunohistochemical study correlate the mesothelial origin of these tumors and a clinico-pathology of the disease was done.
