ABSTRACT

The congenital hand abnormalities are common, but most of these are minor. The etiology of congenital anomalies of the hand is very varied, and can occur sporadically or have a genetic origin. Some alterations can importantly affect the function of the hand and can have a significant psychological impact on the patient and parents. This paper aims to present the major congenital abnormalities in the hand.
