ABSTRACT

He/she is carried out descriptive study of traverse court taking like space the Regional Hospital of Malabo in the months of February-March of the 2010, with the purpose of diagnosing the levels of hidden anxiety in pregnant adolescents, to identify the level of anxiety like state in the study population’s gestantes and to explain the variables, civil state, age, antecedents pathological relatives of psychiatric dysfunctions and acceptance of the pregnancy in gestantes diagnosed with state anxiety in one of the consultations Ginecobstétrica of the District Malabo. It foresaw informed consent in writing they were applied the TEST DE IDARE, like mensuration instrument to give exit to our objectives. In the inclusion approaches one kept in mind the pregnant adolescents that manifested hidden anxiety, the adolescent gestantes that were able to respond to the TEST DE IDARE with anxiety and those that gave their informed consent. The universe embraced 20 pregnant adolescents that converged to consultation programmed by the specialist of Obstetrics, in charge of the attention of those patients, the sample selected in correspondence with the 11 gestantes that completed the inclusion requirements being. The fatigue like corporal symptom prevailed in pregnant adolescents, the age group of 16 to 18 years, the single civil state, the level of anxiety means and high they were those that were present, the alcoholism like family pathological antecedent, the not wanted pregnancy and not having received an appropriate sexual education, ignoring the different types and uses of the birth-control methods.
