ABSTRACT

Clinical case in which there are multiple keratocysts Gorling forming Goltz syndrome, referred to its characteristics such as autosomal dominant condition with variable expression, this caused by a mutation of Patched, a deletion of the gene located on chromosome 9q22, 3-q31, numerous basal cell cancer and epidermal cysts on the skin, odontogenic keratocysts in the jaws, palmar and plantar footprints, dural folds calcified hamartomas various malignancies or cleft lip and palate, defects in the cortical bone. The aim is to present a conservative treatment option by decompression of multiple lesions, the patient remains in radiographic control after surgical treatment.
