ABSTRACT

The aim of the present text is to realize a brief clarification on the statute of the sexuality and the fetish in psychoanalysis. It is necessary to indicate that the sexuality is annulled in the field of the science: his interest takes root in the function of the organ as foundation of the biology of the life, from this look the subject stays out of the field of the study of the sexual life, the sexuality remains come down to the pure organic statute. In the first instance, the question that guides the present article is the question for the sexual thing, asks for the sexual thing that is a question for the theoretical statute of the psychoanalysis. The approximation towards the object fetish gives us the possibility of raising the split between the sexuality as instinct and the sexuality as belonging to the field pulsional, the latter recounted to the field of the purely human thing
