ABSTRACT

The pregnancy in a patient with sclerodermia must be considered as a high risk issue because of the complications that are added to the original disease. It is of extreme importance to have preconceptional and pregnancy control with the aid of a multifunctional team in order to achieve the wealth of mother and child. We report a case of sclerodermia and pregnancy which was attended at the Hospital General de Mexico. Statistics, clinical manifestations and treatment are described.
