ABSTRACT

In this paper we present the results of the evaluation of the quality of life of female-headed households in the city of Ocotlán, conducted through a questionnaire called the profile of the Quality of Life in Chronically Ill with the section for general population and in Spanish version. In the study 480 questionnaires were applied to head (s) family, with a stratified sampling per colony. Of the total 40 questionnaires were invalidated due to inconsistencies, so it was a total sample of 441 cases.
