ABSTRACT

Herein we report a case of a patient with ureteroileal stricture after a cystectomy and ileal conduit for invasive bladder cancer,initially treated with percutaneus placement of nephrostomies and antegrade placement of plastic double J stents three times,finally revised with open surgery and stented with a metalic stent.
