ABSTRACT

Eccrine Poroma is a benign adnexal neoplasia usually located in acral regions. Only few reports of the pigmented variant of this tumor have been described. We present a young male patient with a rapidly growing pigmented tumor which presented a differential diagnosis with malignant melanoma.
