Clear cells syringoma. A clinicopathological study of a case and literature review

ABSTRACT

The Case of a 59 years old man with a papillary and small tumor in the inferior eyelid, with 20 years evolution is report. The tumor is a clear cells syringoma associated with increase of neoplasic clear cells in the sweat glands and diabetes mellitus. The clear cells syringoma associated with diabetes mellitus probably represent a morphological date in the skin of the endocrinopathy previously mentioned.
