Galen’s vein aneurysm. Report of case

ABSTRACT

We present the clinical case of a child born with an aneurism in the Galens vein diagnosted in uterus; which I am made pursuit in time and forms, taken to interventionist treatment few days after been born forced by the persistent fault cardiac, the treatment he was successful, but without in however 24 hrs. later presents massive cerebral hemorrhage what cause the lost one of life. The aneurism of Vein of Galen is a disease little diagnosed in our means to being 30% of the malformations you will tilt in pediatric, it is needed to contemplate this possibility diagnoses and to count on the hospitable infrastructure to good resolution.
