ABSTRACT

The myofibromatosis is an entity that can affect any part of the dermis or subcutaneal cell tissue. Generally of rare appearance on the genital system, its location in the penis or glans could simulate other pathologies such as hemangiomas or macula purpura. The treatment of choice consists of exeresis and the use of topical corticoids, presenting a high probability of relapse.
