ABSTRACT

The megalourethra consists of an elongation of the penile urethra during the neonatal period with congenital causes even harder to precise. Its presence is associated to other bodily malformations, usually with a poor life prognosis. We present the third case worldwide of fusiform megalourethra detected during the immediate neonatal period which was handled in our institution.
