ABSTRACT
This editorial is presented to reaffirm the importance of managing the main epidemiological indicators. The province of Villa Clara has great advances that have been achieved with great efforts and resources, and the priority of the health policy. It also presents some deficiencies. Health professionals must make clinical practice their main strength.
