ABSTRACT

Amount years conventional prosthetics treatment has solved the hard task of restitute dental loose, however this kind of prosthesis do not fulfill the totality of patient’s expectations. The implant treatment is an effective alternative well accepted by patients and specialists. The use of a complex restorative technique by a fixed implanted supported porcelain bridge over MIS Sven implants with a modification of its original design through the suppression of the esthetic material of the palatine surface, restricting it to the vestibular surfaces only, counteracting the limited interoclusal space and offering more resistance against forces generated during mastication is described.
