Cutaneous metastases of prostate adenocarcinoma

ABSTRACT

Cutaneous metastases of tumors of internal organs are not frequent. The prostate cancer, despite its high incidence, rarely metastasizes to the skin. We report a case of a patient with cutaneous nodules in its left breast region with histopathology revealing adenocarcinoma. Immunohistochemical studies were conducted and were positive for prostatic-specific antigen, confirming the diagnosis of cutaneous metastases of prostate adenocarcinoma.
