ABSTRACT

Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) is a rare disease of unknown etiology clinically characterized by single or multiple vascular lesions, often involving head, face and scalp. Histological findings are small vessels lined by prominent endothelial cells, and infiltration of inflammatory cells, mainly eosinophils. In this article we present the case of a 42 years old female patient with ALHE.
