ABSTRACT

The ultrasound identifies the brachial plexus with its components neuro-anatomy in the supraclavicular approach. In this report recent images findings show not only all the divisions, today you can identify in a circular structure superior: the anterior divisions and posterior divisions into a lower circle on the screen. This knowledge decreases latency and volumes to complete two needle redirections.
