ABSTRACT

Diverse works are analyzed where the postoperatory pain is compared after surgery opened against surgery of minimal invasion, in the great majority of the studies the postoperatory pain was minor and the postoperatory recovery of the patient was more rapid in the procedures of minimal invasion. Due to the fact that the surgical trauma diminishes as the patient's metabolic response.
