ABSTRACT

lntroduction. The tumors of the glomus carotideum so called paragangliomas lodged generally at the neck can be treated by the complex radionuclide multifaceted colouring Tc-99m. Case report. We give "proteic colorant complex laballed with radionuclides" in three cases of tumor of the glomus carotideum with very encorageous results and in a harmless form. During six months the patient have clinical, laboratorial and centelleographyc controls, till the radiolysis of the tumor. Conclusion. Because of the good results of this non invasive method, we proposed the new radiopharmaco and method (of course with more casuistic) for the control and treatment of the "glomus carotidium tumors".
