ABSTRACT

The vitri fication process and the oocyte banking is a safe and reliable choice to generate embryos for human reproductive porpoises. lt is an excellent alternative to preserve the women ferti lity and lower the time and cost of the conventional oocyte donation. The careful use of the vitrificati on techniques and the good selection of donors and recipients, al lows that the program of vitrified oocyte banking (CRYODQN^®), to be a reliable option of treatment for oocyte donation. The oocyte vitrification and its storage, it is also and excellent alternative to preserve or delay the motherhood in single and executive women o in patients previous to mutilate surgeries or oncologic treatments, such us radio or chemotherapy.
