ABSTRACT

Primary leiomioma of the breast is a bening tumor from smooth muscle is an extremely rare condition, therefore there are few cases report in the literature, this is because similar characteristics mainly fibroadenomas and therefore their diagnosis is final histopathology, in most cases its identification is due to a finding. The following is a case of leiomyoma in breast describes the clinical behavior, radiographic and sonographic features as well as their treatment.
