ABSTRACT

The term fetus papyraceus is used to describe a mummified fetus associated with a viable twin or multiple gestation. The inside bigger in monochorionic twin pregnancy. The inside is poor of 1/12, 000 burned live and 1/184 twin gestation. We present a clinical case of a monochorionic, monoamniotic twin gestation whit fetus papyraceus, the diagnostic was ultrasonography examination at 15 weeks and the second twin was obtained a spontaneous vaginal delivery of 39 weeks without any complications.
