ABSTRACT

The majority of the gastric neoplasias are malignant and of these the most frequent is the carcinoma, which has qualified as the most frequent second malignant tumor in the world; it is very common that the majority of the patients diagnose with the advanced disease. One of the principal organs to which it gives metastasis is to liver principally, nevertheless the metastases esplenics are really infrequent, and happen when one has given a carcinomatosis peritoneal or affectation to neighboring organs before. Inside some factors of risk they find some dietetic habits, inheritance and especially settling of the mucous gastric one for H. pylori, which is classified by the OMS as a carcinogen type I.
