ABSTRACT

Dyshidrosis represents a dermatosis of unknown etiology, however it frequently occurs in patients with atopic dermatitis, and it may be precipitated by ambiental factors. Its incidence is about 5-20% of hand eczema, its unusual before the age of 10 years old and as much 10% of patients be affected on their hands and feet simultaneous. We report a 3 years old patient with atopic dermatitis, who present an attack of palmoplantar dyshidrosis, which affects posterior hands and feet; she was treated and it dermatosis remitted with conventional treatment.
