Congenital eccrine spiradenoma.

ABSTRACT

Eccrine spiradenoma is an uncommon adnexal skin tumor of the eccrine sweat gland that sometimes can suffer a malignant transformation. There are different clinical patterns and congenital cases are infrequent. We report a congenital eccrine spiradenoma and a review of the literature.
