ABSTRACT

Trichoepithelioma is a benign neoformation differentiated to hair follicle, clinically can presents in multiple, solitary and desmoplastic form. Histologically raise some difficulties to differentiate it from basal cell carcinoma. We report a 60 years old women case and a briefly review of literature.
