ABSTRACT

Loxoscelism is a disease of difficult diagnosis, even though represents one of the most common poiso nings secondary to spider bites in the American continent. Has local or necrotic and/or systemic or viscerocutaneous manifestations. We present a case of loxoscelism in a patient who recently traveled to Chile.
