ABSTRACT

The illicit drug consumption has become a health problem that affects to all people who abuse of this drugs in the sanitary systems world-wide level, the abuse of these drugs, the relation between arterial damage and drugs with secondary thrombosis has explain by several forms and each approach widely has been justified. In this work we presented the case of 21 years old patient treated 5 months ago in which obtained the most optimal result with the smaller incidence of collaterals damages, having a very good present state, saving his extremities and life. We review and set out some referring bibliographical in the evolution and treatment of patients with similar pathologies.
