ABSTRACT

Pseudoaneurisms are caused by several mechanisms between which they are surgical traumatisms, procedures among others. All have in common the rupture of the artery and the consequent extrusion of blood towards adjacent weaves. we presented a case of Pseudoaneurisms of the right superficial femoral artery after placing to him external locking device for elongation of the leg in a masculine patient of 58 years of age that underwent fracture of femur with shortening of his leg.
