ABSTRACT

Porokeratosis a relatively rare disorder of keratinitation, which is characterized histologically by the presence of a cornoid lamella. After a brief historical introduction, we describe two cases of porokeratosis, both presented the cornoid lamella it´s essential pathognomic feature for diagnosis.
