ABSTRACT

The dental esthetic could be the result of a combination of odontology specialties in those patients whose dental esthetic could be affected. The line of work in these cases consists on combining all therapeutic procedures for achieving a functional rehabilitation; principally, esthetic. This research is based on the presentation of an adult patient with clinic crowns of cervical incisive longitude diminished by a marked bruxism and bad occlusion. The treatment plan was a surgery for obtaining a better gingival margin with lengthening of the patient´s clinic crowns, orthodontic treatment with steady techniques for correcting the anterior bad occlusion and denture´s rehabilitation of the four superior incisives with metal-ceramic crowns.
