Tubercular scrofula. A case report

ABSTRACT

It is presented a 45 years old patient, with personal and familiar pathological antecedents of good health, that appeared with a chronic lymphadenitis located in several parts of the body, with negative epidemiology, which was taken care in our polyclinic, later entered in several hospitable institutions of our country, with different diagnosis; finally turned out to be a lymph node tuberculosis (TBG). The pillars of positive and differential diagnosis of the disease are indicated; Due to its reemerging character it is insisted on doctors of primary attention, so that they think about when realizing the differential diagnostic.
