ABSTRACT

Scientific evidence supports the clinical practice through procedures with precise objectives to reach the resolution of the patient’s conditions. However, with the particular situation in every patient case, the clinician must decide the adequate technique and usually a combination of procedures will provide better results. A clinical case is presented where procedures of flap debridement and crown lengthening resolved a particular clinical situation.
