ABSTRACT

We describe the case of a 34 year-old woman with a long standing history of arterial hypertension of difficult treatment. After delivery she complained of paresthesias and dysesthesias in her lower limbs. Laboratory screening showed low serum potassium levels that raised the suspicion of primary hyperaldosteronism.
