ABSTRACT
The physician’s professional life, involves reading and analysis of scientific journals, regardless of the specialization field. The hospital and academic areas lead to the scientific-literary activity development. The aim of this editorial is to make some reflections about the way a physician reaches an intellectual development, through the creation of a culture of writing and reading scientific publications.
