Generalized hyperpigmentation. A propose of a case

ABSTRACT

We present the case of a female patient, aged 63 years, assisting the consultation for asthenia, weight loss and hypotension a year of evolution, adding in the last months generalized hyperpigmentation of the skin and mucosae. She was admitted in the teaching Clinic-Surgical Hospital Faustino Pérez Hernández for study, where we arrived to the conclusion that it was Adisson disease, showing a satisfactory answer to the specific treatment.
