ABSTRACT

The research Methodology for External Evaluation of Dentistry Career in the context of the process of university careers established the objective of revise the Guide for the Career External Evaluation (SEA-CU 02) contained in the Evaluation and Accreditation System of University Careers (SEA-CU), redesign according to the particularities of Dentistry career in the context of the Cuban National Health System and request to valid the resulting proposal in order to be apply in the different teaching sceneries where the career is developed. In the research participated 25 experts of the Faculty of Dentistry “Raul Gonzalez Sanchez” of the Havana University of Medical Sciences that classified as experts according to the inclusion criteria established. During four rounds using Delphi Method and email as the way of communication, it was designed in a new and specific External evaluation Guide for Dentistry career in which coexists quality general requirements for Higher Education careers with quality specifics requirements for dentistry career in the context of the Cuban Health National System with components of Organization and Management of Public Health and University Management.
