Generalized eruptive histiocytoma, a case report

ABSTRACT
The eruptive histiocytoma generalized is a variant of histiocytosis considered benign, tends to be self-limiting and spontaneous; resolution whose dermatosis characterized by an asymptomatic, located on the trunk and proximal extremities sometimes mucous membranes, usually symmetrically, evenly distributed brown color, papular eruption. That mainly affects adults, reporting to date 31 cases in the literature, rare in children, without setting the frequency in this group. He is reported in the literature that this variant of histiocytosis, could correspond to an undifferentiated stage of the so-called linfohistiocitosis. A case of male school 8 years old, attended the outpatient dermatology, with the presence of spots of brown 2 mm located in left malar region and lateral aspect of the right arm in pain an no itching.
