Age at diagnosis was between 5 and 9 years, children with DM 2 were in women older than 10 years are overweight; 54% of cases were diagnosed in ketoacidosis. The most frequent and serious complication occurred in children under two years: of these 93.6% were hospitalized and 23.4% had intensive management.
