ABSTRACT

The Noonan syndrome is a clinical entity that could be confused or related to other syndromes associated with the development of malignant hyperthermia. In order to avoid the appearance of a malignant hyperthermia crisis, the anesthetic technique should be free of triggering agents and patients should be adequately monitored. In this report we describe a child patient with probable Noonan syndrome and anesthetic management to cryptorchidism repair.
