ABSTRACT

Hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula aneurisms represent a complication that we can observe in some patients and not always is taken a procedure in relation to them. Herein, we report the case of 29 year old woman with nine years of hemodialysis treatment through left brachiocephalic arteriovenous fistula which developed a giant aneurism with the possibility of spontaneous rupture. The patient was submitted to surgical treatment. The technique was described and the literature was review.
