Leiomyosarcoma of high grade of retroperitoneal malignancy in a patient of 54 years old

ABSTRACT
A 54 old year man case is presented, with a left retroperitoneal mass, and 15 x 12 cm diameter. He was submitted to open surgery with findings of cystic mass corresponding to leiomyosarcoma.
